What’s included and how billing will work
The package includes a business website with up to 10 standard informational pages, basic on-page SEO and ongoing managed hosting/support. You will not be charged by this website. Veltar will review your request and contact you directly with a written agreement and separate payment instructions. Monthly website care is part of this package and is arranged and billed separately starting at launch at the displayed monthly price, month-to-month. Submitting this form does not start a subscription, and management begins only after launch and explicit approval of the agreement. One hour of routine content changes per month is included; unused time does not roll over. Larger changes are quoted separately.
First-design refund promise: You may cancel for a 100% refund of the one-time website build fee before Veltar delivers the initial homepage concept, or within 7 calendar days after its first delivery, provided you have not approved that concept or authorized remaining build work. After you approve the design, refunds cover any unfinished stages of the build: planning and design (30%), website construction (50%), and testing and launch (20%). Veltar retains payment only for stages already completed. If Veltar cannot deliver the agreed website, the build fee is refunded. No future months of management are charged after cancellation; prepaid full unused future months are refunded. Full terms and refund request form.
Client must own or be authorized to use the domain and materials provided. Existing-site eligibility is verified before work starts. If an existing site does not qualify, Veltar will offer the normal rate or let you withdraw your request before payment. Work proceeds after intake and written scope confirmation. Domain registration, external paid services, ecommerce, bespoke integrations, photography, new copywriting, and any applicable taxes are separate. No search rankings, traffic, leads or customer outcomes are guaranteed.
